Congratulations on your new blog, Seth and Ilana! I have a few comments:

1. Wow, it never even occurred to me to tip these guys. If that's the protocol, then I definitely should have tipped the gas company guy who hooked up my dryer and looked at the furnace for free.

2. Tranny Bar! LOL!

3. Way too much lube? Your home improvement blog has taken on a decidedly sexual undertone. I love it. Why didn't I think of that?

4. You've inspired me. At one point I got too overwhelmed to continue counting trips to Ace Hardware and Home Depot, and to continue tracking expenses. I hope to total up all receipts this weekend and post a grand total. Except the grand total will have to be rolling, because the expenses keep coming. This weekend: a grill, a weed whacker, and materials for a fire pit!
